  • How long is my package for?

    All bookings are set at a standard duration of 3 hours. You can book additional time at $50 per hour.

  • Where can we set up my event?

    There are many things to consider when planning the location of your event. Please click here to view our recommendations & tips for location ideas.

  • What is your maximum number of guests?

    At the moment, we accommodate for bookings up to 30 people. If your party is slightly over this number - please call or mention this on the enquiry form and we may be able to still accomodate this dependent on inventory.

  • Do you offer DIY packages?

    Yes we do! Although we believe this defeats the purpose of being taken care of, we also understand that people love decorating & doing things their own way too!

  • I'm ready to book! What should I do?

    Please complete the enquiry form. We will respond within 48 hours either via email or phone call. Once the booking has been accepted, a 50% deposit is required to secure it which will be invoiced via email.

  • What if it's forecasted to rain on the day?

    If the weather is looking gloomy, we recommend that you have an alternative location in mind (someone’s house as a back up is always best). The location must be changed at least 3 hours before the commencement of the event.
